  • Applicants must be students of ACS(BR) for the year under consideration and must remain a student at the time of the award ceremony.

  • Students selected for interview will be notified by mid-January
  • Awardees will be expected to
    • Conduct themselves well
    • Contribute to the school community
    • Perform well academically
Students who have achieved outstanding academic results in the previous year will be invited to apply for the award in the week before the start of the new academic year. Selected students must submit the following to FAS officer Ms Ho Jia Yan (Level 5 EL Department): Supporting documents certifying student’s participation and contributions to CCA, school and/or community for consideration by the Selections Committee Deadline for submission: 9 January 2013 Student(s) will be selected by a convening Selections Committee
Lee Hah Ing
Scholarship Award
Quantum sum of $1,500
  • Achieve at least 5 distinctions at the N-level examination
  • Exemplary character and conduct
  • Active contribution to the school and community.
  • Applicant must be a Sec 4 N(A) student of ACS(Barker Road) for the year under consideration and must remain a student at the time of the award ceremony.
  • Student(s) will be selected by a convening Selections Committee
  • Awardees will be expected to
    • Conduct themselves well
    • Contribute to the school community
    • Perform well academically
  • Student(s) will be selected by a convening Selections Committee
Goh Hood Keng
Scholarship Award
Quantum sum of $1500
  • Top Sec 5 N(A) student at the O Levels Examinations
  • Exemplary character and conduct
  • Student must go on to continue his education in a post-secondary institution.
  • Applicant must be a student of ACS (Barker Road) for the year under consideration
  • Awardees will be expected to
    • Conduct themselves well
    • Contribute to the school community
    • Perform well academically
  • Student(s) will be selected by a convening Selections Committee
CB Paul
Scholarship Award
Quantum sum of $1500
  • Top Sec 3 student who has excelled academically
  • Achieved at least a Distinction in English Language and Mother Tongue Language
  • Exemplary character and conduct
  • Applicants must be students of ACS(BR) for the year under consideration and must remain a student at the time of the award ceremony.
  • Student(s) will be selected by a convening Selections Committee
  • Awardees will be expected to
    • Conduct themselves well
    • Contribute to the school community

  • Awards will be given out to the recipients during the 2013 Founder’s Day dinner, hosted by the ACS Old Boys’ Association
