| Student must be a Singapore citizen enrolled in a Government or Government-aided school and meets either one of the following criteria: Family’s average Gross Household Income (GHI) over 12 months does not exceed $4,000 per month; or Per Capita Income (PCI)* does not exceed $1,000.
* PCI = Monthly GHI / No. of Household Members | Eligible for consideration for additional financial assistance where required Awardees will be expected to: Conduct themselves well Contribute to the school community Perform reasonably well academically
| Parents can apply for 2027 MOE FAS through Student Finance System (SFS) e-Services portal using their Singpass from 13 Oct 2026 Parents can access the portal via PG (“Services” tab -> Financial Assistance) or directly at https://studentfinance.moe.gov.sg ↗ (opens in new tab) Parents only need to submit 1 application form even if they have children in different MOE government schools SFS will send SMS to the applicants based on their Singpass-registered mobile number to inform them to log in to SFS e-Services portal to view outcome
